Built to order, paid for as it goes up
You pay 40% to secure Villa A and the other 60% in stages as it is built. On the freehold price that is THB 13.6M up front and THB 20.4M over the build; on the leasehold, THB 12.4M and THB 18.6M.

Santi Thani villas are looked after by the same management company as our Silver Beach villas. From the day you get the keys they run it for you (bookings, guests, the pool and the bills) so you don't need to be on the island.
