Great stay at this villa! The villa itself is beautiful and worth the money, however annoying to get up the hill as most grabs wont take you.

As a result, the view is indescribably beautiful and really compensates for everything.We had a rental car that unfortunately had too little postscriptum so we couldn't reach the villa with a normal vehicleWe would therefore have to exchange our rental car.Unfortunately, the WiFi in the rooms is very bad or sometimes no WiFiThere is no included cleaning of the villa. An extra fee of 1500 baht will be charged for this.But if you need more towels, this was no problem.We would visit the villa again and again and is really highly recommended. Only the location with the very steep mountain should be considered.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was quick and very easy to communicate with. The villa itself was niceTwo things we thought was slightly negative was the location. The access to the house was brutal, we had read the review before and overestimated our walking capabilities. If it has rained for example you’re stuck at the villa due to extremely steep hills to the villa. The second things was the electricity bill. We were a bit surprised about the amount we were charge at the end of our stay. About 4.000 baht for 6 days and we did not even have the AC on. We had power cuts constantly as well during this time

We arrived at the villa with great expectations and these were lowered relatively quickly. Although we were greeted by a great view and a clean house, the path to the villa was very steep up the mountain. The pool was very cold and the rooms are not lockable from the outside. No extra fees were charged for electricity, but much of this was off for several hours during our stay over 3 days. The same was true for the running water. Communication with the host worked well.
